Once you make a provisional booking by completing the booking form we will verify the availability of the accommodation(s) and we will send you a proposal made according to your requests.
If you are satisfied with the proposal you must make within 3 or 4 days an advance payment of the 30% of the total due invoice price to book the tour. Please specify for the payment the following: "30% your name"

In this way the tour is booked and you must pay the remaining amount no later than 45 days before departure, time in which you will receive the invoice and all the vouchers and receipts of the booking.
